Introducing uText Notifications for uAttend! uText gives you immediate notifications for Shift Alarms and Employee Punches. You can also send your employees their time cards via uText. Once uText is enabled, you can opt in to receive courtesy usage notifications via email or text so you know how much you're being billed based on the number of messages sent. uText Notifications are affordable and convenient. There is no contract and you can disable uText Notifications at any time.


uText Notifications pricing is based on usage and starts as low as $9.99 for up to 1,000 messages. You will automatically roll into the next pricing tier once the message threshold is exceeded.

To enable uText Notifications, follow these steps:


1. Log in to your uAttend account and select My Account from the username drop-down menu.


2. Select Edit for Optional uText Notifications


3. Select Enable from the drop-down menu.

To receive courtesy usage notifications, follow these steps:


4. From the Receive daily uText usage drop-down select one of the following options:

  • No - Do Not Send Notifications–Select this option if you do not wish to receive courtesy uText usage notifications.
  • Yes - Receive Text Notifications–Select this option if you wish to receive courtesy uText usage notifications via text.
  • Yes - Receive Email Notifications–Select this option if you wish to receive courtesy uText usage notifications via email.
  • Yes - Receive Email and Text Notifications–Select this option if you wish to receive courtesy uText usage notifications via email and text.

5. From the Send Time drop-down, select the time you would like to receive courtesy uText usage notifications. Please note, all courtesy uText notifications are sent in CST Time.



6. Enter the email address(es) and/or phone number which you would like usage notifications to be sent to.

Note: To send courtesy usage notifications to multiple email addresses, enter email addresses separated by a comma. Courtesy usage notifications by text can only be sent to one phone number.


7. Click Save



Your Account Overview displays the status of uText messages sent and uText pricing for your current billing cycle.
