The Add Punch Widget displays active missed punches in the current pay period and allows Administrators to edit employee missed punch. Supervisors are only able to view and edit missed punches for the employees they supervise. 


Note: Only missed punches for the current pay period display.


To edit a missed punch for an employee, follow these steps:


1. In the Actions column, click Edit for the employee which you would like to edit a punch.


The missed punch for that employee displays.


2. To edit a missed punch, click the Edit link to the right of the appropriate punch.


To add a punch, click the green plus sign (+) to the right of the appropriate punch. To delete a punch, click the red X to the right of the appropriate punch. To change a punch time, click the Edit link to the right of the appropriate punch. 


3. Enter the desired time for the missed punch. 


4. Click Save.
