Viewing Timecards


To view a timecard, follow these steps:


    1. Click the Timecards tab on the main menu.



    2. Click on Pay Period to change the selected pay period.


    3. Click on All Departments to view filtered departments.

 

    4. Click on the employee's name you wish to view the time card for. 


    5. The employee's timecard will display for the selected pay period.
  


Editing Timecards


Administrators, supervisors with editing rights, and employees with editing rights can manually add and delete punches from an employee's timecard.

To edit a timecard, follow these steps:

    1. Click the Timecards tab on the main menu.

    

    2. Click on the Pay Period button to change the selected pay period.


    3. Click on All Departments to view filtered departments.


    4. Select the user's name from the list.


    5. The employee's timecard for the selected pay period will display.


    6. Do one of the following:


  • To add a punch, click the green plus sign (+) to the right of the appropriate date, enter the details of the punch and save.
  • To delete a punch, click the red X to the right of the appropriate date, click on yes to confirm.
  • To change a punch time, click the Edit link to the right of the appropriate date and edit the punch time and save.


    7. After making changes click on recalculate time card on the bottom right to update totals.
